Meet the Team

Life at Thriva Solutions: 1 minute with Georgia Bailey

The latest feature in our Life at Thriva Solutions series: Meet the Team, Georgia Bailey, Head of Strategic Partnerships - Private Health, Corporate, Sports & Performance

Meet our Head of Strategic Partnerships, Georgia Bailey!

Georgia works in Strategic Partnerships for Thriva and joined the team 15 months ago. She builds relationships with B2B partners and helps to meet the sales targets of the business.

  1. At Thriva Solutions my job is to...build and manage relationships with B2B partners, understand their requirements and bring my learnings back to the business.

  2. Diagnostics as a Service matters because…managing and delivering diagnostics is complex. In order to support a world where we all increase the time we spend in good health, we need to make access to diagnostics convenient, affordable, and clinically safe. I believe DaaS is the way we do this.

  3. The biggest influence on my career has been...too many professional mentors to single someone out, but my parents and various family members working in the NHS influenced me to want to work in this field.

  4. The professional principle I refuse to compromise on is...transparency and trust.

  5. The secret to a winning team is...work hard, play hard.

  6. The website I can't do without is...probably skyscanner - I love travelling/holidays!

  7. My superpower would be...teleportation.

  8. I wanted to grow up to be...a psychologist.

  9. My bad habit is....checking slack in my evenings and weekends!

  10. Breakfast is...the Thriva HQ combo of yogurt, chia seeds, fruit and nut butter.

  11. You might not know me as....a spin bike fanatic.

  12. I'd advise my younger self to...lean into situations that sit outside of your comfort zone.

  13. The last time I danced was...last week in a jazz bar.

  14. Happiness is...long walks and winter sun.

  15. Five years from now Thriva Solutions will be...a global leader in Diagnostics-as-a-Service, supporting millions of people in accessing their own biodata to make informed choices and be actively invested in their health.
