Meet our Customer Success Associate, Amy Mills!

Amy works in Customer Success for Thriva and joined the team 2 years ago. She manages the onboarding of all our new B2B partners and ensures they are set up for success while using our products.  



  1. At Thriva Solutions my job is to...ensure all of our partners are happy and successful using our products! I provide responsive feedback and help onboard new partners to both our practitioner portal and the API.

  2. Diagnostics as a Service matters because…everybody should have access to affordable blood testing in an age where doctors are reactive rather than proactive. 

  3. The biggest influence on my career has been...my mum. She's worked her way up the career ladder and taught me everything I know. 

  4. The professional principle I refuse to compromise on is...punctuality. 

  5. The secret to a winning team is...effective communication. 

  6. The website I can't do without is...rightmove.com 

  7. My superpower would be...super speed so I can do a million things in a second.

  8. I wanted to grow up to be...a dentist.

  9. My bad habit is....being a perfectionist. 

  10. Breakfast is...oats with greek yoghurt, honey and frozen raspberries. 

  11. You might not know me as....a Beyonce fan girl. 

  12. I'd advise my younger self to...find something you truly care about then find a career that fits with that.

  13. The last time I danced was...last night in the shower. 

  14. Happiness is...a glass of red wine and a charcuterie board (preferably in southern Italy).

  15. Five years from now Thriva Solutions will be...a global business providing remote testing to those who need it.
