Meet our Customer Success Associate, Amy Mills!
Amy works in Customer Success for Thriva and joined the team 2 years ago. She manages the onboarding of all our new B2B partners and ensures they are set up for success while using our products.
- At Thriva Solutions my job is to...ensure all of our partners are happy and successful using our products! I provide responsive feedback and help onboard new partners to both our practitioner portal and the API.
