Just relaunched: Oestradiol Finger Prick Tests

In January 2022, one of our partner laboratories told us they had identified that capillary blood oestradiol results with SST (yellow top) tubes tended to have lower results than with venous blood samples. 

After looking at the data, we decided to pull this test from our capillary offering and conduct further internal validation studies. 

In July 2022, we validated serum (red top) tubes for testing oestrogen in capillary blood. The results were determined interchangeable and stable on the post at ambient temperature. 

As a result of this internal validation, we’re excited to relaunch our best-selling women’s health packages.
